Elevated fire weather conditions can be expected for all of the
northwest quadrant of Wyoming this today as relative humidity
drops into the mid teens across the valleys... and the upper teens
to around 30 percent in the mountains. Winds will be west to
southwest 10 to 20 mph with afternoon gusts to 25 mph at times
across the mountains. Residents, travellers, and campers this
weekend are encouraged to take strong caution if considering any
type of burning activities. Please follow local burning rules. In
addition, do not park your vehicle over any dry plant surface as
this could cause the vehicle to go up in flames.
