through Monday afternoon for wind and low relative humidity for
the far northern and northeastern plains including northern
Larimer, northern Weld, Logan, Sedgwick, Phillips and Washington
counties...

* Timing... strong westerly winds are expected will develop after
10 am MST Monday morning and continue through 5 PM Monday
afternoon.

* Winds... west to northwest 10 to 20 mph, with gusts up to 35
mph.
