* timing... snow will increase and become widespread this evening.
The snow will continue through Wednesday morning.

* Snow accumulations... 4 to 8 inches... with some locally higher
amounts over the northern foothills possible.

* Impacts... roads will become snowpacked and slippery. Travel will
be hazardous tonight and Wednesday morning due to snowpacked
roads and reduced visibility.
