Special Statement
Issued: 2:38 PM CST Nov. 17, 2017 – National Weather Service

... Slippery roads expected across northern Wisconsin tonight...

A cold front is forecast to move through the region this evening
and gradually change rain and drizzle into a wintry mix of light
snow and freezing drizzle over northern Wisconsin. Furthermore,
temperatures will fall below freezing tonight, allowing any
standing water on area roadways to freeze.

This could produce slippery stretches on roads tonight,
especially on untreated roads, overpasses and bridges. Motorists
are urged to use caution, allow extra time to reach your
destination and leave plenty of distance from the vehicle ahead of
you.
