The National Weather Service in Corpus Christi has issued a dense fog advisory... which is in effect until 6 am CST Tuesday.
A very moist air mass will continue over south Texas tonight along with light winds. Locally dense fog has developed along the coast and over interior portions of south Texas from Beeville to George West. Areas of fog will continue to develop over south Texas late this evening into the overnight hours. Visibilities will fall to around 1/4 mile or less. These conditions will result in hazardous travel. The dense fog is expected to lift around daybreak on Tuesday as a cold front moves into south Texas.
