Statement as of 11:14 PM EST on December 14, 2009
... Dense fog advisory remains in effect until 9 am EST Tuesday...
A dense fog advisory remains in effect until 9 am EST Tuesday.
A large area of dense fog will continue across east central
Florida overnight... with visibilities below one quarter mile in
many areas. Cooling temperatures overnight and light winds are
expected to allow the fog to persist through rush hour Tuesday
morning.
Precautionary/preparedness actions...
A dense fog advisory means visibilities will frequently be
reduced to less than one quarter mile. If driving... slow down...
use your headlights... and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
