<Font Color="#0000A0"size=4 Google Earth NewsAs many of you know, last year we created a google earth file that has the locations of most of the bloggers on WU. Because of the way that Google Earth shows the names, many were not happy with the fact that their "places" were not exactly where they lived, but in the general area.So...for this year's refinement I'm hoping to make the locations a little more precise. I think that the best way to do thi...

Having fallen in love with the meerkat stories, I have been on the lookout. Went to Metro Zoo a few weekends ago, and there they were! My very own meerkats. I had shown my daughter the stories & the pics, (of course she thought we were all crazy), but, even she began to laugh when she saw them. So here they are:Of course there has to be a leader of the pack:One looking to get away -- Orca or Rtlsnk? hmmm
Read More

Just a quick entry to change things up some - have to post new pics etc later.Interesting watching the temps around the country - definitely not a mild winter. We have had a lot of fun planting flowers and other colorful plants in our gardens. For us in South Florida, winter is the time for the color, its way too hot in the summer.Hopefully, we won't see any iguanas falling from the trees - I'm not too fond of them.

Finally - updates to the file and new images. Wunderground Blogs are wonderful things - but too bulky for the kind of image work that this project takes. If you go to the new web site, you will find links to Wunderground KMZ, and other google earth info. The best part is that there is now a photo album of the images, which makes it much easier for you to view the current images. Here is the link for that web page: LinkThese images do not include updates after Augus...
