On March 23rd, we should have temperatures in the upper 50's during the day, but instead, we're stuck in the low and mid 40's this afternoon....Don't let the sunshine and blue sky fool you....Its COLD out there!..Want warmth??...head to Laredo, Texas where it was 91 on Sunday!....If thats to warm, consider going to Squaw Valley, California where it was 15....If you like hail, then China was the place to be over the weekend..Thousands of acres of crops were destroyed...
