	<description><![CDATA[It's 12:20 edt in central Connecticut and the snow has started.  There was no rain.  Been watching the water vaper imagery this morning and wonder if the upper level low driving south through Ohio and environs might actually push this weather system to the east.  Be interesting to watch. 	<description><![CDATA[Well, I've stayed away from the new site form for over a week.  I still find it distasteful.  Too, many of the suggestions made - and I thought accepted by the power-that-be - have not been implimented.  In fact, I don't think any of them have.Back when I was particularly aggitated about this change I did some snooping and found some interviews.
