Lack of Skimmers for the Oil Spill?

I've been critical of Governor Barbour's initial response to the oil spill. It didn't seem he was showing a sense of urgency but when the oil started coming ashore, he formulated a plan.From Texas to Florida, there's a shortage of skimmers. Barbour saw the need for skimmers in Mississippi and is using the money from BP to build skimmers needed for Mississippi waters. The first skimmer built by Trinity Marine will hit Mississippi waters next week.
