	<description><![CDATA[Its been raining heavy non-stop since thursday night and this morning the sun came blazing out.  Just in time for the most historical elections Honduras has ever had.  All reports are that massive amounts of hondurans are out voting for democracy in this small impoverished and unjustly punished country. 	<title><![CDATA[ Finally RAIN!!]]></title>

	<description><![CDATA[Normally here on Roatan we start getting thunder storms in august and they get heavier and more often in september. by october its pouring a lot... not to mention a few tropical storms bruishing the coast every year. this year we got maybe a total of 1/2" of rain in 3 months...  starting to look a little parched here..  but saturday it started raining and hasn't stopped yet.   filling up those cisterns and repleneshing those wells...is this all thanks to la nina?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href=&quot;http://www.wunderground.com/blog/roatangardener/comment.html?entrynum=38&quot;&gt;Read More&lt;/a&gt;<img src="http://server.as5000.com/AS5000/adserver/image?ID=WUND-00070&C=0" width="0" height="0" border="0"/>]]></description>
