End to Drought in Puerto Rico... for now

Last days rains send a relief to Puerto Rico. The rivers get the water and for now the levels are near optimal at least not critical. For the 2007 Hurricane Season I thik that Puerto Rico need to be prepared for a Category 4 or a 5. Since 1928 we dont feel a Category 5 hurricane. Unfortunately, I think that the people and the goverment are no prepared. We will see.
