	<description><![CDATA[For my Western PA friends who are winter weary, I can certainly relate. There is hope though. In South Carolina the daffodils are breaking ground. But before we get there, it seems we have to deal with a Groundhog Day storm that may bring some very messy weather to our region. More rain, freezing rain and sleet than snow. Ugh!I'm thinking about another month of snow, then a sharp cutoff right around March 1 when we turn the corner.
