It's been so hot lately! Oh, you've noticed? I thought you might have. If you live anywhere in the United States, you've been in the fisted grip of a heat wave. 97° in Sturgeon Bay, Wis., is nearly unheard of. It didn't look much better today.But suddenly, it's 72°. The temp not only dropped, we also got some much-needed rain. Probably not nearly enough, but it was heaven to hear the sound of rain on the roof for the first time in far too long. Now and then people actually look at these blogs, which is why I like to post of my favorite photos. Sometimes they're just so splendid I think they need to be shared by others who may have missed them.It's a new year, so I'm going to try to get here to post at least one a day.
