	<description><![CDATA[12/24-A mostly cloudy day with mainly mid cloud ceilings in both inland and coastal areas. There was some light rain in the area in the late afternoon and late evening (.04" measured here) as clouds lowered and thickened. Max temps still on the quite cool side only reaching the upper 50's in both inland and coastal areas.12/25-Merry Christmas!--and our Christmas present from Mom Nature was a day of on and off rain showers and gusty winds at times also.
