	<description><![CDATA[Hurricane Emilia is in a phase of rapid intensification, going from a 65 MPH tropical storm to a 100 MPH Category 2 hurricane this morning. Wind shear levels have gotten lower near her northeastern quadrant (where it was most persistent yesterday in the 20-30 kt. range) and are expected to continue to drop. Ocean temperatures are decently conductive for the time being, so there is really nothing stopping the process. 	<description><![CDATA[AtlanticToday, it's very quiet in the northern Atlantic basin. There is really only one noticeable disturbance, and it's located near 14*N, 18*W, moving west at 5-10 MPH. There is a potential weak rotation with this system, but it's very disorganized and SAL air layers are through the roof for about 700 miles to the system's east.
