Early Spring Garden in Southern New England

With the active weather pattern, it appears that there will be another large coastal storm effecting Southern New England Thursday January 20 through Saturday the 22. Does anyone have any predictions as to how much now and where for this storm?

LinkLooks like we will miss the coastal storm this weekend. I am hopeful something will develop midweek for us up here in CT so the children (and adults) may have a white Christmas.

Snow chances have been elevated to 50% for Sunday and Sunday night. In the meantime, the freeze continues. I have concluded that even my hotbed for my winter garden is no longer functional because of the deep freeze. I think I may be waiting until February to plant any more vegetables. :-(
Read More
