	<description><![CDATA[Well, 92L seems to have suffered the same fate as 91L. So far, the tropics are quiet, for now. My next update will be once something else forms in the Atlantic. The two waves coming off the African coast yesterday seems to have vanished into thin air. The MJO has a lot to do with the wane of tropical activity.
