	<description><![CDATA[1550  8 Aug 2008 Severe Thunderstorm, with pea sized Hail. No discernible wind, heavy rain, much lightning, nothing close by. 3 weeks ago we had a severe storm that had no hail, but lightning did strike across the road from where I was standing, under an umbrella that wasn't really doing me any good. There was 2 inches of rain from that one.
