	<description><![CDATA[Are there any HAM Radio operators here on WU? Gustav may possibly pass over or very near the Cayman Islands. If so, Cayman Brac and Little Cayman will lose power and most likely, their cell phone repeater and tower effectively cutting off their ability for communication.We are therefore trying to set up a HAM radio network to transfer information after the storm has passed.
