The Pacific Northwest is expected to be hit with winds from the WSW at about 15 to 20 mph. Rainfall is expected to be around 1" in the Greater Puget Sound area. The greatest accumulation of rain will be in the Cascade and Olympic Mountains. There is a flood warning issued for the Greater Puget Sound area.
