Mid-Spring update

Finally got my insurance info and scheduled a physical and dental appointment for last Friday. March used to be personal maintenance month but it has now moved to May. The doctor doesn’t think there is any damage to my shoulder and in fact wants me to work it out more.Smokey, my daughters cat that live with my parents, got into an accident. I was recruited to go to a customer’s site to help troubleshoot some of our equipment on Wednesday. The plane left Dallas on Thursday, we arrived in Nashville and took a rental car to Columbia. spring garden gathers momentum

Round two of seed starting has gone much better. The cucumbers grow amazingly fast. And there will be an herb garden. The tomato seeds that were left have done well and are ready to be transplanted or at least re-potted.Here is my trash to tomato challenge entry. Seed starting and attack rabbits

Well, the first round of seed starting this season failed. Most of the herbs and tomatoes germinated after the first week. It was looking good until after the second week and they damped off. Moving the seed starting to Ardmore where I can keep closer tabs on them. I bought a small seed starting kit and started what tomato seeds I had left. They were put in last Thursday and had germinated by the time I arrived back on Sunday. Here they are six days later...
