A beautiful day at the lake with a temperature of 15C (59F) with temperatures to go into the mid twenties (mid seventies) by this afternoon. Forecast says this to continue for the next few days. We are having two skylights installed, but still not going to keep us from enjoying the beautiful day on the golf course.

No need to "water a flower" today in these parts--Mother Nature is doing a fine job of that. Overcast and drizzle at the moment at the lake. The temperature at 1:10 p.m. is 13.5C (56F) with and easterly breeze. No golf today, so did get a few things cleaned off the desk--still a long way to go.

Nothing to recognize today, so it's open to be claimed by any individual or group.... My plans to finish planting my garden is thwarted by Mother Nature--rain. The temperature at 10:30 a.m. is 10C (50F). Guess I'll have to use the day to clean up my man cave...Thanks to all who expressed condolences for the passing of our mother.

A sad entry today--our mother passed away yesterday at the age of 94. She was bright and talkative until the last few weeks. The weather is appropriate--grey skies and a steady rain. The temperature at 11:20 a.m. is 15C (59F) with a westerly breeze. Miramichi brother arriving here for an overnight and then we will make our way to Grand Manan.
