National Sugar Cookie Day--Thursday, July 9, 2009

I expect it's my grandmother's sugar cookies that caused this day to be recognized--she made wonderful, biiiiggggg sugar cookies. We finally have some sun in these parts. Just back from the golf course where it was perfect for golfing. The temperature at 2:30 p.m. is 22.5C (72.5F) with an easterly breeze. I'm trying to decide to do a chore or two or just sit on the deck and enjoy the sunshine.

All the relatives are back at their homes, so things are getting back to normal in these parts--at least as normal as things get around here.
