	<description><![CDATA[FROM CHIEF METEOROLOGIST BILL WALSH.....Wow....what a great way to head into the last couple of weeks of hurricane season.  Cool and dry for some fine fall weather.  We could use a great deal of rainfall, but nothing on the way.Tropics are quiet.  Not much going on and the environment is not too good for development at this time.Tropical storm formation not expected for the weekend.
