	<description><![CDATA[Recently, while in the woods cleaning up and looking for composted leaves i ran into an old Pepsi Bottle i dated it back to 1963 making it 45 years old. 	<description><![CDATA[Will post pictures soon. Last week i planted 30 tomatoe plants 9 cherry toms, 10 egg plant, 20 zuks, 10 yellow squash,15 green bell peppers, 15 yellow bell, 10 hot peppers. 10 watermelon plants 5 yellow, 5 red crimson sweet.  Planted potatoes and leeks in another garden. Had trouble due to sun scald any tips, a lot of my tomatoes were damaged. 	<description><![CDATA[UPDATE: I tapped a couple of test trees yesterday, and don't you know that the storm that was gonna slide south is now trending more northerly. It never fails that when i tap trees i get snow!Nevertheless, its about that time of the year where i start my annual maple syrup making. This year i've upgraded my barn with a reverse osmosis machine which takes 75% of the water out of the sap before i even have to process it(much more energy efficent).
