	<description><![CDATA[LinkThats the packet from last year... still looking to compile new ones. 3-22-09 finished up 5 gallons of syrup this morning filtered and its in the canner now ready to be bottled. I re bored some of the holes in hopes to extend them a bit. The almost 70 degree day dried them up quicker then normal. Regardless of sap flow the season will be done on Tuesday/ Wednesday. exactly a 3 week season... last year it was more like 7-8. 	<description><![CDATA[Recently, while in the woods cleaning up and looking for composted leaves i ran into an old Pepsi Bottle i dated it back to 1963 making it 45 years old. 	<description><![CDATA[Update June 6th---- in a week i will have hard maple candies for sale as well as granulated maple sugar. Let me know if there is any interest!Just wondering if any of you would have an interest in Maple Cream or Granulated Maple sugar. If i had enough interest i would consider making some up. 	<description><![CDATA[Will post pictures soon. Last week i planted 30 tomatoe plants 9 cherry toms, 10 egg plant, 20 zuks, 10 yellow squash,15 green bell peppers, 15 yellow bell, 10 hot peppers. 10 watermelon plants 5 yellow, 5 red crimson sweet.  Planted potatoes and leeks in another garden. Had trouble due to sun scald any tips, a lot of my tomatoes were damaged.
