I suppose this is a political question, but I'm not 100% positive.Why on earth is the National Weather Service (i.e., NOAA) asking for bullets?Specifically:LI 001, 16,000 rounds of ammunition for semiautomatic pistols to be factory-loaded .40 S&W caliber, 180-grain jacketed hollow point (JHP).
