After immense flooding in southern Virginia and constant flash flood watches and warnings, the skies are clearing out. Crews are out repairing damages today and the majority of roads are reopened to traffic. Flood waters should start receeding today and by tomorrow, rivers and streams should be back in their banks. Remain cautious, turn around, don't drown.
