About 15 months later, I have revisited the same park to "stop and smell the cormorants." That means I need to slow down and connect with nature.See also, original blog entry: http://www.wunderground.com/blog/ShaneInDallas/comment.html?entrynum=0&tstamp=The view is a slightly different perspective than the first, but very active as you see. It was good to get outdoors and walk around after work.

This "bird" stopped a lot of us mid-bite into a breakfast jack sandwich across the street from a law office parking lot they used as a helipad."5 State Helicopters, Inc." says it offers "Ariel Crane and Wildfire Fighters." It smoothly delivered apparent HVAC equipment to this bank building and busy neighborhood one Saturday morning.Dallas police stopped to visit with these boys as they finished the lift. However, officers moved on after chatting for a few minutes wi...

In late July, Hurricane Dolly struck the southern skirt of Texas known as "The Valley." That stand for the Rio Grande (or Rio Bravo in Mexico) Valley.Thousands were flooded in a place that doesn't get much rain.If you want to donate money to a place you can trust, I'm proud of Presbyterian Disaster Assistance. They serve any one in need and do not push religion. http://www.pcusa.org/pda They are in high gear with this year's storms globally.
