Roses in November

It is November 7th, and we have roses blooming in New Jersey! There are 10-12 new blooms on the rose plant in my back yard. We also have 3 new tomatoes growing in potted plants on the patio. Today is the first day it has started to get really chilly but up until now the temperature has been very mild. I love it!

Rain in New Jersey

Finally we have some rain in central New Jersey. It has rained 2 of the last 3 days and the ground is really soaking it up. The weather has been great for the past month or so, but we needed the rain badly. It looks like it will be clear for the weekend, so maybe we can go pick some pumpkins!

72 for Yanks Game Tonight

The forcast calls for 72 degrees in Cleveland tonight for the start of the Yanks game. Although the Yankees have historically done well during the cooler month of October, I predict that this unusually warm evening temprature will have little impact on the outcome tonight. My guess is the Yankees win game 1.Who do you think has the advantage?
