	<description><![CDATA[As for yesterday and now through the first hour of today the conditions for Sawyer Arpt. has reported light snow only and no rain.  Is this even accurate?  I don't believe so and I have no idea what the weather watchers there are smoking.  I don't know if it's because the radar returns have been showing frozen precip around the area lately or what.
