	<description><![CDATA[We had a lovely day for mid November.  Just a little wind, cool,but no where near cold.  It rained quite a bit in the evening but was clear by 8am.<br /><br />Tonight, however, things are getting stormy starting about 10pm. We are under a wind watch with 35 to 40 MPH expected and gusts up to 40-45 or so. As long as we don't lose power, it will be great! 	<description><![CDATA[Greetings readers. If any<br /><br />I thought I would blog about the weather on the Palouse at least for this winter season.<br /><br />Reports call for a mild El Nino which should mean more rain,less snow, and mild temperatures.
