At 6:40am in Bay Park, San Diego, it's clear and 48 degrees -- the coldest it's been so far this season.Yesterday we had a windstorm blowing in from the north; the wind scoured dust clouds off of Fiesta Island and the other Mission Bay islands and enveloped the 5 Freeway in dust.
