	<description><![CDATA[Update 12/15/12 @630pm PST<br />Frontal band currently draped across the Columbia Basin stretching from the tri-cities, north through Othello, and up to the Grand Coulee Dam. Radar & Satellite shows the band has become much more organized and is producing light to moderate snowfall north of Interstate 90. The tri-cities area is mostly seeing rain with some mixing along Highway 395 between Spokane and Kennewick. No significant accumulations are expected!<br /><br />Mostly cloudy skies will prevail tonight with some lingering flurries over the palouse and blue mountains.
