TS Andres affects routes to/from Panama

The first tropical storm of the season in the eastern North Pacific (TS Andres) is moving NNW off the Southwest Coast of Mexico today and will likely impact shipping routes to and from the Panama Canal between Acapulco and Cabo San Lucas during the next few days. The low pressure disturbance that has been moving northward off the US East Coast has deepened into a Tropical Depression, the first of the Atlantic season.
