	<description><![CDATA[The Era of Blazing Warm Winters is coming to an End.  It is not yet time for a Blockbuster.I believe that we are in a transition from the era of warm, relatively benign winter seasons to a colder regime.  This 58 year chart of the winter NAO (North Atlantic Oscillation) shows 2 cycles of similar length and a descent toward a new dominant -NAO cycle.
