	<description><![CDATA[Sandy ws suposed to bring all this snow to the appalachaians and it has only brought rain to my area. I understand that weather predictions dont always go as planned, (especially these days) but how can that storm have wet warm air all the way up into canada and the freezing precipitation is right around the center of circulation down around west virginia but rain all around it. That doesnt make any sense.
