snow accumulations of 2 to 4 inches in the Cody foothills; and 5
to 9 inches in the mountains, with localized amounts up to 12
inches, expected.

* Where... Absaroka Mountains and Cody foothills.

* When... 5 am this morning to 5 am Sunday.

* Additional details... be prepared for reduced visibilities at
times.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means periods of snow will
cause primarily travel difficulties. Be prepared for snow covered
roads and limited visibilities, and use caution while driving.

... Snow and colder temperatures for park and Hot Springs counties
today...

Snow will spread south into park and Hot Springs counties early
this morning. Snowfall is expected to continue through today with
snow accumulations of 4 to 8 inches in the mountains and 2 to 4
inches in the lower elevations.

Travel may become difficult on chief Joseph Highway and through
the Wind River Canyon.
