... Flood Watch now in effect through Sunday morning...

The Flood Watch is now in effect for

* a portion of northwest Washington... including the following
County... Mason.

* Through Sunday morning.

* Periods of heavy rain Saturday afternoon and night will likely
drive the Skokomish River above the flood stage of 16.5 feet
late Saturday night. Rainfall amounts of 1.5 to 2 inches are
forecast for the eighteen hour period ending at 4 am PST
Sunday. This will be on top of what will fall overnight into
Saturday morning.

A Flood Watch means conditions are favorable for flooding but
flooding is not imminent or occurring. Monitor the latest
