* at 919 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 3 miles north of Harrah to near Oklahoma City to
near Stella to near Norman to 3 miles east of Noble, moving east at
40 mph.

Hazard... 60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

Source... radar indicated.

Impact... hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

eastern Norman, Midwest City, Shawnee, Seminole, Tecumseh, Choctaw,
Noble, Harrah, Slaughterville, McLoud, Jones, Prague, pink, Meeker,
Maud, Earlsboro, Tribbey, Johnson, Sparks and St. Louis.

Interstate 40 between mile markers 164 and 202.

* at 901 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
very heavy rain across the warned area. One to two inches of rain
has already fallen. Flash flooding is occurring or is imminent,
particularly in urban areas.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Oklahoma City, eastern Edmond, Moore, Midwest City, del City,
Choctaw, Harrah, Spencer, Jones, Nicoma Park, Luther, Wellston,
Valley Brook, Carney, Arcadia, Warwick, Fallis, Tinker Air Force
Base, Stanley Draper Lake and Forest Park.

Additional rainfall amounts of one to two inches are possible in the
warned area.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Additional rainfall of one to two inches is expected over the area.
This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
