Wayne counties. In New York, northern Oneida, Otsego,
Chenango, Cortland, Tompkins, Chemung, Schuyler, Steuben,
Tioga, Broome, Delaware, Onondaga, Madison, southern Oneida,
Yates, Seneca and southern Cayuga counties.

* When... from Thursday afternoon through Friday afternoon.

* Additional details... travel could become difficult Thursday
afternoon through Friday morning. The hazardous conditions could
impact the evening commute on Thursday, and the morning commute
on Friday.
