Issued: 9:36 PM MST Feb. 15, 2019 – National Weather Service

... Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect from 2 am to 5 PM
MST Saturday...

* what... snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 1 to 4
inches below 8500 feet, and 4 to 7 inches above 8500 feet are
expected. Winds gusting between 35 and 45 mph.

* Where... San Juan or Tusas Mountains.

* When... from 2 am to 5 PM MST Saturday.

* Additional details... plan on snowpacked and icy roadways,
especially above 8500 feet. Visibility may be reduced below
one mile in blowing snow. Winds will also result in wind
chills in the single digits and teens.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means periods of snow will
cause primarily travel difficulties. Expect snow covered roads
and limited visibilities, and use caution while driving.
