* what... mostly freezing rain this morning, with a mixed bag of
freezing rain, snow and sleet this afternoon. Power outages and
tree damage are likely due to the ice. Travel will be dangerous
and nearly impossible, including during the evening commute.
Additional snow accumulations of up to two inches and ice
accumulations of one tenth to four tenths of an inch are
expected.

* Where... portions of northwest and west central Wisconsin and
east central, south central and southeast Minnesota.

* When... until 6 PM CST Tuesday.

* Additional details... be prepared for reduced visibilities at
times.

A Winter Weather Advisory means that periods of snow, sleet or
freezing rain will cause travel difficulties. Be prepared for
slippery roads and limited visibilities, and use caution while
