... The Flash Flood Warning remains in effect until 100 am CDT for
southeastern Crawford and southwestern Barton counties...
At 854 PM CDT, trained weather spotters reported flash flooding in
the warned area. Up to three inches of rain has fallen near the town
of Mindenmines. Flash flooding is ongoing on County Road 270 west
southwest of Mindenmines where six inches of water was flowing over
the roadway due to a tributary of east Cow Creek.
Creeks, streams, and low water crossings will be especially
susceptible to the dangers of flash flooding.

This warning includes but is not limited to the following low water
Route M south of Highway 160.
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
A Flash Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring.
If you are in the warned area move to higher ground immediately.
Residents living along streams and creeks should take immediate
precautions to protect life and property.
