The National Weather Service in northern Indiana has issued a
dense fog advisory... which is in effect until 1 PM EST /noon CST/
this afternoon.

Hazardous weather...

* areas of dense fog with visibilities one quarter of a mile or
   less.

Impacts...

* motorists should expect sudden reductions in visibility. If
   driving... slow down... use your low beam headlights... and
   leave plenty of stopping distance ahead of you.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A dense fog advisory means visibilities will frequently be
reduced to less than one quarter mile. If driving... slow down...
use your headlights... and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.

Fog will continue to expand in coverage this morning as warm,
moist air continues to lift northward across the area.
Visibilities of one quarter of a mile or less are possible at
times. Visibilities will likely vary across the region early this
morning, and motorists should be alert for rapidly changing
visibilities across short distances. The potential of dense fog
will likely linger through most of the morning.
