... Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until 9 am CST this
morning...

* what... mixed precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations
around one inch, with a narrow band of two to three inches along
a Mason to DeWitt County line. Freezing drizzle will also be
possible for locations in north central Illinois with ice
accumulations of a light glaze expected.

* Where... central and east central Illinois. The bulk the of
precipitation will fall south of a Rushville to Bloomington
line, and north of I-70. Possible freezing drizzle is expected
to fall along and north of a Rushville to Bloomington line.

* When... precipitation will end from west to east through the morning.

* Additional details... Road conditions will become slippery in
some areas, especially on secondary roads and on bridges and
overpasses. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning
commute, primarily in areas along and north of I-72.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Weather Advisory means that periods of snow, sleet or
freezing rain will cause travel difficulties. Expect slippery
roads and limited visibilities, and use caution while driving.
