... High water on the Koyukuk river at Huslia this week...

High water will continue to move down the Koyukuk river this
week. The Koyukuk river at Hughes crested on Sunday at bankfull
with water spilling overbank in some low lying areas. The Koyukuk
river is expected to crest in Huslia by Thursday with water
levels remaining high into the weekend. The high water will reach
the Village of Koyukuk early next week. The elevated water levels
will result in increased debris and erosion along the Koyukuk
river.
